CDI Motorsport PTY LTD Warranty Policy

Effective From Date of Purchase

1. Warranty Coverage

CDI Motorsport PTY LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") warrants that all products sold by CDI Motorsport PTY LTD are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (hereinafter referred to as "the Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. Consumer Guarantees

In addition to the warranty provided herein, all products sold by CDI Motorsport PTY LTD are subject to the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These guarantees ensure that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, consumers are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Warranty Claims Process

During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the product due to faulty materials or workmanship, the customer may file a warranty claim with CDI Motorsport PTY LTD. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

  • Contact CDI Motorsport PTY LTD via email at admin@cdimotorsport.com.au within the Warranty Period.
  • Provide proof of purchase from CDI Motorsport PTY LTD.
  • Describe the issue with the product in detail.

Upon receiving a warranty claim, CDI Motorsport PTY LTD will assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and this Warranty Policy.

4. Warranty Remedies

If a defect is found to be covered under this warranty, CDI Motorsport PTY LTD will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • Repair: The product will be repaired by CDI Motorsport PTY LTD or an approved repairer, free of charge.
  • Replacement: The product will be replaced with a new or refurbished product of the same model, free of charge.
  • Refund: A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued to the customer.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation of the product.
  • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose.
  • Accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by the customer or a third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of CDI Motorsport PTY LTD under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as set forth herein. CDI Motorsport PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

7. Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty policy shall limit or exclude any such rights and remedies.
