What it does

You enter your sheet size (for example 2400 x 1200 mm), your blade or cutter kerf, any edge trim, and each part's width, height and quantity. The calculator nests the parts onto the sheets and shows you:

• how many sheets you need
• sheet utilisation and waste as a percentage
• a drawn layout of every sheet with each part labelled

Tick Allow rotation to let parts turn 90 degrees for a better fit, or untick it when grain direction or a brushed finish matters. Print the layout or save it as a PDF.
